Cinzia
I aim to reinvent traditional compositions into dynamic soundscapes that captivate and inspire. Leveraging my classical training and cabaret experience, I infuse each arrangement with a fresh, innovative flair that encourages listeners to hear music from a novel perspective.
My recent work, directing and arranging musicals themed around «Burlesque», «80s All Night Long» and «Cabaret on tour,» showcases my evolving approach to musical arrangement. Each Musical was arranged for the musicians level playing it. Explore these projects to experience my creative evolution.
In the second part of the arranging I deal with the Golden Gate Symphony Orchestra. Here I am employed as an arranger and rewrite various pieces for the orchestra.
The project together with the Golden Gate Symphony Orchestra & Chorus, San Francisco, is the: «Holocaus Awareness Programm». I have arranged 13 songs from Jewish concentration camps of the Second World War for orchestra. This project will be performed in San Francisco, New York and later in Switzerland.

The Golden Gate Symphony Orchestra & Chorus in collaboration with Holocaust Music Lost & Found, and Citizen Film present our season highlight – Songs of Truth: Holocaust Awareness Concert & Conversation.
Music written in such dire circumstances was composed out of necessity for very small ensembles – just a few instruments and the human voice. As part of the Songs of Truth project Cinzia is arranging the found songs for symphony orchestra and chorus so full-sized ensembles will be able to perform them in communities around the world.
In june 2024 Cinzia presents together with the Golden Gate Symphony Orchestra & Chorus the 9th Symphony of Beethoven in Gurlaina, Scuol. It will be the first time, that the 9th Symphony of Beethoven will be performed in Rumantsch. In the second part of the concert Cinzia arranged Rumantsch folk songs for symphony orchestra and chorus.
We are travelling back in time to the music style of 1920s. Cinzia has been commissioned to compose film music. The film is about the first movies made in the Engadin in St. Moritz from 1907-1928. It inspired her to compose more songs in this style so that in october her new album «20s in the 20s» will be released.
